At Marsboy, we keep things simple and hassle-free. If something doesn’t work out, our return and exchange process is designed to be quick, transparent, and easy.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
You can cancel directly from your account using the “Cancel Order” option.
Once cancelled, the order will not be processed further.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery Orders
No payment is collected, so no refund is applicable.
2. Size Exchange
If the size doesn’t fit right, you can request an exchange.
Select the size exchange option while cancelling the order.
Our team will review your request and contact you to assist further.
Exchanges are allowed only for size-related concerns and are subject to product availability.
All exchanges are handled manually to ensure accuracy.
We recommend opting for exchange instead of return for a quicker resolution.
3. Returns (Post Delivery)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Wrong item delivered
To be eligible:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Tags must be intact

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
To initiate a return, contact support with your Order ID, issue details, and relevant images.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after cancellation confirmation or after returned items are verified.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Cashfree.
Cash on Delivery Orders
If applicable, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Processing Time
Refunds are completed within 3–7 business days.
5. Important Information
Used or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All requests are subject to verification and approval.
Product availability may impact exchange requests.
