Easy Exchange Policy

At Marsboy, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. That’s why we offer an Easy Exchange Policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free. If you’ve received a product that doesn’t fit right, you can easily exchange it for a different size within 7 days. Simply fill out the exchange form, and we’ll take care of the rest, sending you the new size as per availability. If needed, you can also opt for a return, but exchanging for the right size is quick and simple with us. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Can I exchange a product for a different color or style?

Currently, our exchange policy only allows exchanges for different sizes of the same product. If you wish to exchange for a different color or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We suggest ensuring the product is in original condition with tags attached before returning it. If the product condition is good then it’s absolutely free!

What if the size I want is out of stock?

If the desired size is out of stock, our customer service team will inform you, and you can choose to either receive a refund or wait for the item to be restocked.

Can I exchange a product after I’ve worn it?

Exchanges are only accepted for unused products in original condition with tags still attached. Worn or used items cannot be exchanged.

How long will it take to receive the exchanged product?

Once your exchange is processed, you can expect to receive the new size within 7 business days, depending on shipping times.

Can I exchange sale items?

Sale items are eligible for exchange as long as they meet the exchange conditions (unused, original condition, and within 7 days of delivery).

Can I return an item instead of exchanging it?

Yes, you can return the item for a refund if preferred, but exchanging for the right size is the easiest and quickest option.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with in 1 or 2 days. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
